This was my elderly Mothers home and although all details etc had to be done through me to make the process easier, Cameron used the utmost care and consideration and went to great lengths to include my Mother in everything that was going on to help her feel part of the process and to give her some understanding of what was going on. Initially, I was impressed by the way Martin presented the property and his unique view of the future potentials about this property. “That’s the one!” I told myself on the first day of inspection. More importantly, Martin and David did a brilliant job in negotiating a price and terms & conditions so that both parties could get a consent. David had been very flexible afterhours which made it easy for me who worked and had a young family at the time. We chose Cameron after having been to many house inspections ran by various agencies. We found him and his team very friendly, knowledgeable, professional in their approach. So we signed up Cameron to be our selling agent. After the first 2 weeks we were a bit worried when results were not to expectation, but Cameron was there to assure us of better days.
