Martin is very charming and personable and fills you with confidence that everything will be resolved satisfactorily. I would have liked a little more feedback during the campaign and I often rang to get progress reports on what comments were being made by potential buyers. He seems to be a tough negotiator and did successfully achieved the price that I wanted for my unit. David Yacoub and Gem Basol were direct and up-front with me. I dealt with David more regularly and he assured me that my property was appealing to investors and first-home buyers. Overall, the team worked well but a little more communication amongst themselves and with their clients would have created a more cohesive approach.

I would recommend Cameron to anyone thinking of selling their home. Cameron has an empathy and understanding when dealing with people that is second to none. This was my elderly Mothers home and although all details etc had to be done through me to make the process easier, Cameron used the utmost care and consideration and went to great lengths to include my Mother in everything that was going on to help her feel part of the process and to give her some understanding of what was going on.
