This is the second property that we have now purchased via Cameron & his Team. And in order to purchase this property, we needed to sell another property. But this needed to happen in days not weeks. Spoke to Cameron on the Saturday at the open house about selling our existing property. Signed Contracts three days later on the Tuesday night for the sale. No marketing campaigns. No advertising. No inspections. No mucking around. And the result was a great result. Auction for the purchase was two days later on the Thursday night & it went higher than I was anticipating & without our sale being finalised before that, we would not have won the auction. As simple as that. Cameron facilitated all of that in order to help get our purchase across the line. If Cameron says he will call you back, he does. If he says he will do something, it gets done. That doesn't happen a lot of the time with Real Estate Agents. It was one of the first things that really stood out about Cameron. His Customer Service is just Exceptional.
