Cameron helped us to achieve a very good result and I was happy with the whole experience with him. When I requested some reviews from his previous clients, he suggested I pick them myself: wanting me to be confident that the reviews hadn't been cherry-picked by him. Both reviews were very positive and so will mine be. His communication was proactive and clear throughout the campaign. He also helped to make sure minor details were attended to such as going to the apartment to make sure that electricians had access. Cameron was realistic with his suggested result but was persistent during the negotiations to ensure a better result than he had suggested.

How many adjectives can we use to describe Eva? Professional. Diligent. Enthusiastic. Knowledgeable. Compassionate. Supportive. Personable. Likeable. Committed. After we’d finalised our first meeting with Eva, we looked at each other and went ‘Wow’. She brought energy and drive to the room and she knew her stuff. She’d researched the property, she was local and had clients looking to buy in the area. She made suggestions as to what we could do to increase desirability of the house and constantly checked in on our progress at the same time letting us know what was happening with sales in the area. She liaised with buyers and constantly gave us the feedback. And she worked. Unlike other agents that basically believe that in these times, houses will sell themselves, she made realistic and practical suggestions on what would increase the value. No attitude. No arrogance.
