From the moment we met Eva we felt so at ease. Cameron acting as our agent for sale of our property. You don't just get Cameron you get his full team. They are always professional, reliable and punctual. Cameron set realistic expectations from the beginning around sale price and communication, queries and offers. At the auction unfortunately did not sell. The property was then put onto the market for Sale. This is when Cameron came through for us as an agent. He had the property sold within 24 hours of the auction at the price was asked for, this being a Sunday we were very grateful. Cameron has been the agent for a few properties in the areas and price levels that my wife and I had interests in. He's been a professional in the field for many years with lots of local knowledge. At all times, he was transparent in answering our questions as accurately as possible and as a buyer in the current markets in 2021, this was vital. Some of these questions were very early in the morning and or late at night on weekends as well. Given our schedules, Cameron was very flexible in terms of offering inspections on various days and different times. He also asked questions in order to get to know us as buyers better and get a feel for our preferences to see if there was anything from his agency that was available and suitable. My wife and I appreciate his efforts and would recommend him as an agent.
