I found both Angela and Greg to be very flexible, accommodating and personable from the moment we walked in for the first open up until collecting the keys. Nothing was too much trouble despite me asking for a few leniencies along the way. I have had dealings with many agents over 2019/20 with a vast majority not providing the extra few % service that makes the difference.
