They helped me lease my property back in 2021, they were able to find a tenant quickly and helped me assess the tenant’s suitability. Unfortunately after two years she did not leave the property in good terms and the agents have been very efficient in resolving the issues we have with the tenant. A new tenant was found for the property promptly as well. I am impressed with the quality of work and level of communication. Keep up the good work!

while doing inspection Ray white agent was nice to all of us, after we finalize our lease application paying extra rent what was published, agent was not picking up calls, we collected the key from agent office and arrived home, given keys to us were wrong and replaced later, after moving in to property centralized heating cooling systems was creating soo many anoying noises and we were keep informing agent but sadly no action, later after 3 nights i got email owner is not agreeing to maintain anything at the moment, upon writing them again i got email saying owner is now agree and technician will contact tenant, cooking range hood was also not functioning and till day there is no action, one week passed already. i would not recommend Ray white to anyone.
