In terms of communication, She'd return calls ASAP and answer questions or provide information. They kept multiple inspections during the school holidays as well as regular weeks. House advertised as sunny lounge, no sun at all am/pm, leaking roof in lounge with fresh water stained damages. House advertised with dishwasher - doesn’t work. Owner won’t replace. Applying for rent reduction, decision still pending. House advertised oven rangehood - rangehood doesn’t work. Oven was so gross. Fence broken, leaning on balcony with string to prevent accidents. Filthy blinds and several safety issues still pending between owner and agent. A bit of honesty on the advertisement would be good, considering we take your word when applying for leases.
