We advertised the property for lease with other real estate and was not happy with their communication. Me and my husband decided to lease property with Ray White Quakers Hill- the Tesolin group. Tiarn helped us for lease inspections and she also did private inspections. Tiarn and her team after every inspections called us and gave us feedback. Our house was leased during Christmas holidays and Panal from Josh's sales team did private inspection. Panal was not even part of rental team and did inspection. This shows Josh team commitment and teamwork 👏 . Georgia Borland is our property manager ans she leased the property. But the tenants created some issues before signing lease. Georgia handled with her patience, thoughtfulness and resolved all the issues. During the whole process Josh and his team was very helpful and gave us advice in each step. When at one point, tenant doesn't want to sign the lease as we are not sure that Solar is working or not. Josh send his own electrician and also paid the call out fee. I will definitely recommend Ray White Quakers Hill-the Tesolin group to others as this team is best in communication and trust.
