I have been renting my property for 32 years, have had 5 agencies to date and the property has been with this agency the longest. This is the only one that I have had 100% efficient service from and compete satisfaction with. On the odd occasion of a problem with a tenant I was advised as soon as the problem became evident and within a short period of time was advised when the problem was rectified to my satisfaction. I have also been made welcome to accompany the agent on occasions. For as long as I own a rental property it will be with this agency.
