I have been renting my property for 32 years, have had 5 agencies to date and the property has been with this agency the longest. This is the only one that I have had 100% efficient service from and compete satisfaction with. I have found her to be very thorough when screening potential renters, she goes to the trouble of looking into them throughly and by doing this she has unearthed good tenants that might not look good on paper but have turned out to reliably pay on time and do a lovely job of respecting the houses.
