She is proactive, contacting me immediately whenever there is an issue with the property maintenance or the tenant has any particular need. She is thorough, working to see a solution to any challenge or issue. She is efficient - always replying to my emails or returning my calls the same day. I have 3 investment properties with Stacey at NGU in Ipswich. I have found her to be very thorough when screening potential renters, she goes to the trouble of looking into them throughly and by doing this she has unearthed good tenants that might not look good on paper but have turned out to reliably pay on time and do a lovely job of respecting the houses. Stacey has reliably done property inspections and will advise me when smoke alarms and everything has to be serviced in accordance with legislation etc. I have been very impressed with her diligence.

Communication has been exceptional with staff regularly initiating contact and my phone calls and emails responded to if not immediately, then within 24 hours. My investment has been well looked after with regular reporting of required maintence and suggested upkeep, tenants well screened and rental payments on time. Even when presented with difficult situations I was always given advice for a solution, rather than being confronted with a problem. I can't rate my property managers enough, both Sarah Grant and Amanda Vince are always quick to respond to communication. They vet tenants extremely well and maintain my properties as if they were there own. They are both personable, professional and knowledgeable.
