I had a tenant leave with rental arrears, and left all there stuff. No notice, they just disappeared. Liz was brilliant and would regularly check on the premises so there was a presence at the property due to being vacant. Liz was great at communicating what was needed form both a legal sense and to get the property back up to standard. Liz also did a lot of little things that made a big difference like assisting with insurance and the council who gave a notice about out of control lawns due to the tenant not maintaining it and arranging diffusers so the property smelt good when showing new tenants. Was even able to track down what happened to the tenant despite them avoiding contact. What was a very stressful time for me was made so much easier knowing I had Liz to support me through the process and happy that it is now back rented. Would definitely recommend NGU and particularly Liz.
