You really couldn't have asked for more. Steve had an offer on the table pretty much as soon as the property went on the market but it was a bit too low so he continued working with the Buyer until he has happy we had reached the right price. Settlement was really fast and we are very happy with the outcome. It took around 5 weeks from listing to settlement. Really efficient Steve! Steve is a true professional and very easy to work with. We will be selling again shortly and will of course be listing with him. Thanks Steve - job really well done. There was never a moment of stress knowing you were in control of the process - with assistance from Kirsten of course. You sure didn't disappoint.
