She sold 3 properties concurrently for me, including 2 subdivided lots off-market in only a few days. Sale prices much higher than expected. She is very available to give time to her sellers & provides honest advice, both good & bad. You may find other agents cheaper, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. Her stellar sales history you read about online is true: She is a smiling assassin :-)
