Todd was upfront about what needed to be done to bring my property to what he felt was a good saleable position . He had a plan from the very first meeting but was sensitive and understanding in not doing any major changes till I had vacated the property . When started it was a rapid effective transformation and then at the first open home from offers a buyer was secured.
