With over 20 years’ experience in sales starting in the Health and Fitness industry achieving great success and reaching many goals it was time in early 2010 to make the move to Real Estate for a more challenging career and Todd hasn’t looked back since. Area expert with track record of excellent sales results

Appointing Todd was the best move we could have made when it came to selling my father's home in Wakerley. Todd told us, what the best price was that we could hope to achieve in that part of the suburb and what we needed to do to achieve that. With excellent trades that he promptly organised soon after Christmas, we soon had the property up to spec. Following that advice, in what seemed like no time, we had an offer that more than met our expectations. With stellar support from his unflappable assistant Claudia, it was a seamless process to organise funding for the trades as well as schedule them in, follow up the invoicing as well as keep on top of the legal docs required. Great market knowledge and effective negotiator

Todd has great knowledge of properties in Gumdale and surrounding suburbs. He and his team are very effective at marketing and he has great negotiations skills. He is very approachable, down to earth and honest. Very happy with the process as a whole.

Todd always delivers!

Todd always does what he says he is going to do. He is non-nonsense and honest, just the way I like it. He gave me realistic, market appropriate information and did just what he said he would. Todd has sold 2 houses for me now and we got exactly what we wanted. He knows the area so well, and is a big part of the community. He has great contacts and often sells houses before they hit the market - he really is linked in with the area. He truly is a master at what he does. There was so much behind the scenes stuff that he dealt with when it came to selling my house and I am so thankful he was able to manage that for me. I wouldn't sell my house through any other agent, ever. It all comes down to trusting the agent, and I 100% would recommend Todd to anyone who wants to sell their house.

Very professional. Achieved a price well beyond expectation

Todd sold 2 properties for me, one in Carindale and the latest sale in Gumdale. With both I indicated a price expectation. In both he advised me the properties were worth more. In both he achieved significantly more. Across both properties expectations were exceeded by about $600,000.No cheap sale for a quick commission. Still, each were less than 60 days from launch to settlement. Obviously the commissions were money very well spent. Very professional, honest,well organised and efficient.
