I was initially a little apprehensive as to achieving a sale above $600k but after a visit from Matt and Paddy Ryan they came back to me with an assessment of $625k to $635k which gave me the confidence to purchase new property first and then sell my existing property. By doing this way I was able to effect a non rushed change over and relocation. Matt initiated process very professionally and I was able to work methodically through the relocation process.
