I'm not a review kinda guy, but I'll pay it where it's due. When I was looking for a real estate agent to sell my investment property, I checked out a few and they were ok, just didn't get the vibe i wanted from them. I contacted Matt and from the get go, he was the agent I knew I could count on. He helped me organise pre- selling checks with an engineering company, he went out of his way to facilitate this, nothing was a issue with him. I work in a high stress and demanding job so when I chose Matt to be my agent, I knew selling my investment was one less stress to worry about. Matt was so pleasant to my tenants and worked with them for open houses. Always keeping me up to date after open houses. I have never met Matt, only had conversations over the phone. I know Matt is a very busy agent, but he makes you feel like you're the only person he is working for. He sold my investment home in a timely manner. I recommend him to any person wishing to sell. I couldn't be happier.
