Would totally recommend Matt Hawkin's to sell your house
Matt was a really down to earth nice guy, went out of his way to sell our house which only took four days from it being posted on the Real Estate website. We would totally recommend Matt. Very happy with the result that was achieved. Thumbs up to Matt

Great Experience. Great Agent!
We worked with Matt to sell our investment home in Toowoomba. We contacted Matt as well as few other agents in the area and were very impressed with Matt's professionalism, responsiveness and openness/honesty. smooth, quick, efficient trouble free sale
The property sold in the first week listed and then proceeded to "unconditional" within the contract time frames. This was due to Matt's market knowledge in advising how to best present the property and set the price. During the course of the sale, Matt responded promptly to the few questions raised and at all stages made the process trouble free. Highly recommended.
