Totally Invested in the Transaction
The sales transaction was a complete success. Mr Djorgonoski achieved our required price, with no fuss. He established the profile of the most likely buyer and had intimate knowledge of the property and comparable properties. This enabled Mr Djorgonoski to deal with prospective buyers with confidence and with the requisite market knowledge. He was totally invested in the process. Mr Djorgonoski personally attended all inspections, with pre-qualified buyers, and made the effort to hold inspections for each potential buyer independently rather than in groups (an 'open for inspection') which I believe best suited the process, and achieved our desired result.

Was bombarded by big wigs in the real estate market and was shy to sell until I met Nick. This guy was cool, calm and collected throughout the entire process and got well and truly over asking price!
