Gratitude to Nick for a Great selling experience. He communicated extremely well and explained things clearly with necessary details throughout the entirety of the sale, he was also always available to answer questions truthfully and without bias. It was an unrushed experience but thankfully it was a quick and smooth sale. The Auction was a very Professional one and we appreciated the support and Clear and honest communication on the day of the sale. I found Nick's approach to be really refreshing. I'd had a recent disappointment with a property purchase that fell over at the last hurdle due to a disingenuous agent. Nick, however, was open, clear & forthcoming from the get-go. There was no 'hustle' with Nick. The property was not without issues...but, with Nick's 'open book' attitude, we could work through those issues together...and get the purchase over the line. Very pleased with that...
