I only met Nick , when he came to give me the documents to sign fot the sale of my apartment 5 days, after the government allowed agents to take interested parties to view properties for sale. Nick knows the market so well that he called me on Sunday after the announcement in the morning by the Andrews government that were lifting the viewing of properties, Nick indicated he would sell it by the end of the week- which he did.
