A Fantastic result achieved at the worst time since World War 1 to sell an apartment .
I only met Nick , when he came to give me the documents to sign fot the sale of my apartment 5 days, after the government allowed agents to take interested parties to view properties for sale. Nick knows the market so well that he called me on Sunday after the announcement in the morning by the Andrews government that were lifting the viewing of properties, Nick indicated he would sell it by the end of the week- which he did. As a friend originally discussed the Sale with Nick, he was aware I had a health problem , thus having sold it, and met for the first time when he bought the sale documents to my current residence and offered to help me with anything he can to assist me. It has been great to know that not only is his knowledge of the market, superb, his care for Clients is equally important.

As always Nick and his team were very professional to deal with! Nick helped us identify all available options in the market. Once we had decided which property best met our needs, Nick then qualified the price on the property with some recent market history and after a brief period of negotiation the deal was completed. A special thanks for Georgia for doing the running around to help administer the deal. This is the 3rd time we have dealt with Nick Johnstone and I can confidently say he’s the best in the Bayside area.
