"Nick Johnstone the True Professiona"l
Nick is a true professional in every way. I was advised when to put my property on the market and it turned out to be perfect timing. Not only was the property sold in just over a week and a half for my price but a long 6 months settlement was negotiated which was perfect for me. Nick's knowledge of the market is extensive and it was obvious his negotiating skills will usually deliver the optimum results. I was dealt with in a totally professional manner through the whole process and would have no hesitation in recommending Nick Johnstone to act as my agent. I will certainly be using Nick in the the future to purchase or sell my property.

Professionally Guiding us Through Very Difficult Times to a Great Result
Having committed to purchasing a new house, we needed to sell our house by Mid June. Joe had been recommended to us by a very satisfied neighbour, and right from our first meeting we felt very comfortable with his approach and recommendations. We had from beginning of May to the sale date. The first wave of the Corona virus had hit Melbourne. Of course we very worried about what this would do to property prices. Joe kept us well informed of market movements and remained confident that prices would hold for good properties. As time elapsed and the first wave of the Corona virus waned slightly, Joe strategised with us on changing the potential sale date and the sale method. He felt that we should take advantage of the feeling of relief and the return of auctions to the market (they had been restricted up to then). He advised moving quickly to auction and he was able to reschedule his company to enable this. In the week prior to the auction Joe ran through the likely flow of the auction and how we could expect it to go. He made sure that we understood all the decision points. On the day, he was uncannily accurate, and the auction was a great success. The sale proceeds were higher than our reserve, which was amazing given the circumstances of the time.. Joe's cool, knowledgeable, and thoughtful professionalism guided us through one of the worst periods for the property market in recent experience.

Excelled in Overall Performance
Nick Johnstone presented with absolute focus and professionalism. As a vendor selling during Covid, Nick was straight down the line, clear and concise and I felt comfortable communicating with him and he was certainly not pushy and gave me a realistic appraisal. When I made the decision to go ahead, Nick Johnstone mastered a seamless sales campaign, where I was kept informed on any development and if I was unclear about any issues I was immediately contacted by Nick who was very obliging to accommodate any requests. The successful Sales Campaign Inspections were conducted with both Nick and Georgie they worked brilliantly displaying their sales skills attracting interested parties to the Inspections. All went smoothly on time and without a hitch. The on-line Auction conducted by Nick was a truly memorable experience, very well planned and conducted and I was kept in the loop right through to the end.
