Great Agent
We were the underbidders in a town house and within hours Nick had found us one that we loved even more. Nick and Sarah were great we would highly recommend them. They then sold our home for us after just three open houses. They kept in constant touch, gave us great advice and we were pleased with the purchase of our new town house and sale of our home. Would highly recommend them

Your Personal Agent works!
Nick and Sarah were great to work with and Sarah was a very good communicator. Our marketing process worked well with several buyers very interested. Our auction did not go quite as well as we hoped and only two bidders actually made bids. Nick followed our agreed instructions and we sold just above our reserve, so a solid result overall. We had recommended Nick to our neighbours who were intending to sell and Nick was able to sell their townhouse to our underbidder later that afternoon. They were delighted as they sold with no marketing costs or home opens!
