We are very happy with Nick Johnstone Real Estate. Nick and his team are highly efficient and very personable. They quote a reasonable expected figure for your house sale and do not inflate it to reel you in. They recommend a modest advertising budget (half the suggested cost from others). They are really fast in getting nothings done and are never pushy. Nothing much more to be said, really. All the things you want in an agent and none of the bad. Recommended!

After interviewing 3 Real Estate Businesses I chose Nick Johnstone for the following reasons: The business is owned and operated by Nick Johnstone, therefore giving personalised service. Nick Johnstone, or a member of his team were readily available, very punctual and straightforward in their approach to the business of selling real estate. Though decisive in the decision making, Nick was at all times ready to discuss options, finally settling on an Auction, with a month containing 2 Open House Inspections each week for 1/2 hour in the lead up. The process was very efficient, always with Nick involved, and he and his Team were always polite, extremely pleasant, and consequently well liked by prospective buyers. It is therefore no surprise to be able to say I am a very Happy Vendor, with the sale realising top dollar, and congratulations Nick for heading up such a successful business.
