We recently purchased a property where Nigel was acting as a seller’s agent. All together it took about seven weeks to settle. In that time, Nigel was very accommodating in every way possible - allowing us to inspect multiple times, ensuring both parties were aware of the progress, ensuring any of the defects we identified before purchase were resolved to our satisfaction and more. Even after the settlement Nigel helped with little details about the property that we were not aware of - which I am very thankful for. I have to mention the hamper Nigel gave us was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful wine. Again, many thanks Nigel for such a great experience.

Having recently sold my home with NHRE I was very impressed with Nigel and his team with their market knowledge and method of advertising and inspections. His attention to detail and professionalism was a great help as it had been sometime since we sold our previous home some years ago. His method of conducting individual inspections rather than open house kept the riff raff and sticky beaks out, whilst showing to those who were genuinely interested only. This paid off on the second inspection with an offer made the same day. His communication style was excellent keeping us involved in the process at every turn.
