Excellent service selling and leasing
Nigel and team give 100% we leased the house out and the management was excellent, we have sold two houses and have had good results in a short time contacting the members of the team was never a problem and all calls returned promptly. Nigel's knowledge of the market is spot on and all paperwork completed efficiently. We highly recommend Nigel and team for both selling and leasing.

Working with Nigel
Some years ago my wife and I purchased our first investment property and found a suitable property in Albury. We were fortunate to meet Nigel who with his experience guided us through the process of purchasing the property and then being our agent for the rental process and finally when it was time for us to sell we of course used Nigel’s agency. Being a rental property owner and living away from the area is not easy however Nigel’s professionalism and attention to detail made the process easy. If something needed to be done Nigel and his team were on top of it in a timely manner making everything easy for both of us and the tenant. That same sense of professionalism attention to detail and local knowledge was also there at time of purchase and sale. Excellent and professional
The whole process was so easy on our part, Nigel always followed up with calls or emails, lots of details and answers to our questions. My wife and I really felt like he was on our side. Negotiating prices, finding interested buyers, and generating said interest as well. We wouldn't think of dealing with anyone else.
