Working with Shellie and the team as our Realtor was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their unwavering dedication and market knowledge along with solid communication made us comfortable to place our property on the market with Nightingale Real Estate. We had previously placed our property on the market for three months with another agent without success.. Once we engaged Shellie she sold our property within days of being in the market sight unseen to an international buyer. Don’t engage anybody else in the area you will be wasting your time.

This was my first venture into the real estate market, and Shellie was the seller's agent. As the buyer, I found her helpful, quick to respond and welcoming. She promptly forwarded information in response to my questions and was clearly well organised as she juggled a portfolio of properties, clients and buyers. Shellie demonstrated ready rapport with the tenants who were probably inconvenienced by the process.
