Dealing with Shellie took away a lot of the stress involved with selling my house. It started with the initial listing showing the house and property at its best with excellent photographs and drone footage. Thereafter, she was excellent in facilitating communication between buyer and seller. When I was prepared to accept a particular offer, she advised me that she was sure I'd get a better offer if I waited and that is exactly what happened. The offer that I finally accepted, was $10K more than what I was initially prepared to accept.
