Lack of professionalism

Sita initially appeared responsive and cooperative, assuring that property cleaning and compliance certificates would be handled smoothly. However, the post-settlement experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was delivered as promised. He went overseas during settlement, leaving no one available to properly manage the handover, keys, or property walkthrough. The entire process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and stressful — a poor reflection of the agency’s coordination and accountability.

Buyer's Nightmare

Initially helpful and responsive, but communication dropped near settlement when she went overseas. Promised a live video call before settlement but only sent pre-recorded clips, hiding key property issues. Later found multiple defects and missing CCTV details. Disappointed by lack of transparency and follow-through.
