Nisha kept us informed about potential tenants, which was appreciated. Our rental is a brand new Grannt Flat in our backyard, so crucial that our tenant was a good fit with our family. There were lots of applicants rejected until we found the perfect one. Nisha organised a 6 month lease to make sure we were all a good fit with each other - which tenants appreciated as they're in someone's backyard afterall. In addition, there were advised our Granny Flat was a long term rental but with an initial 6 month tenancy to make sure we're all a good fit and that there'll be a rent increase after the 6 months. Very upfront and all applicants accepted this offer.
