Karen started helping us very early on giving great advice and contacts for getting our home ready for sale. Our house being a “renovators delight” meant it was a lengthy process but Karen was really good at advising us not to over spend and was always available. In the end we sold our house at the price we wanted off market with no fuss or home opens etc. and ahead of schedule. Karen and Steph were super efficient and professional. We cannot be happier.
