Both Jay and Jaimee provided me the service you rarely receive these days. It was very much appreciated that either Jay or Jaimee would call me to check how I was and always return call and emails. I was the buyer so had not engaged Noble Avenue, so although they were serving the best interest of the seller I never felt that I was not being equally served. I felt very comfortable dealing with Jay and Jaimee. I don’t think they could have done more, in fact receiving a welcome gift box from Jaimee on the day she met me with the house keys was the icing on the cake for me, totally unexpected and very much appreciated.
