Honest, knowledgeable and transparent

My husband and I had a great experience with Warren and the Noel Jones team selling our first home. We hadn’t sold before and the team were really helpful in suggestions with the presentation of the home and the campaign. As a result the sale outcome was great for comparable houses in the area, despite being a smaller house. Warren and the team were very transparent and didn’t try to make far fetched promises about how they could help us, they operated on a lot of integrity which we appreciated. Warren was also very knowledgeable, with years of experience in the area so we felt we were in good hands. Great Selling Experience!

Highly recommend Warren and the team at NJ Croydon Hills. We wanted our property sold quickly with short settlement date. Not only did Warren achieve that, but he also got us a price beyond what we expected. The communication was great and everything that needed to be done was organised efficiently. Warren kept us up to date after each open for inspection and on prospective buyers. Warren is an absolute pleasure to deal with we have no hesitation in recommending him nor using him again to sell property.

Fantastic results!

Warren and his team were fabulous every step of the way. During our initial meeting Warren was by far the most thorough agent we met, giving us a clear plan we felt confident with. Buying our first home was stress free thanks to Warren & Noel Jones team
