Fantastic agent
I would highly recommend Michael Hill as an agent. Michael, Dylan and the team from Noel Jones Wantirna were always highly professional and kept me up to date with everything and made the whole sale process as stress free as possible. Michael was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. I achieved a sale price well over my expectations at auction, it was a job well done.

No waste of time!

The most important thing from our point of view is that we had complete trust in Dylan & Feng, the communication, advice, & honest feedback was first class. We had regular meetings, where the market sat, in terms of what was happening with each open, what was happening with prospective bidders, feedback on presentation of the house, we had a complete understanding of the auction process, and exactly what would happen on the day. We just could not fault the whole process from first interview to auction.
When we decided to place mums house on the market we did look at other agents, but Noel Jones Wantirna namely Mick and Dylan were the most impressive.At no time during our initial interview and throughout the process did we feel uneasy and all question raised were answered with what proved to be complete honesty.The level and quality of marketing even though a little expensive was absolutely first class.All throughout the weeks leading up to the auction we were constantly kept informed of progress.
