Tamara and Nathan are more than just sales agents. I have bought and sold a few homes in my time and this was by far the best experience. In fact I trusted them so much I even bought my new property off them as well. Being extremely busy with work on top of selling can be very stressful, Tamara and Nathan supported with referrals to trades people to get my house list ready, not just that they attended the property with these trades people so I could go about my 9-to-5 during the week. I had some urgent repairs and Nathan and Tamara came round after hours to assist me. Their communication was outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure my property was sold. I had a few offers and two contracts, Tamara was wonderful at negotiating these to fall in line with the purchase of my new property. Any questions I had Tamara was already one step ahead and was able to provide updates and reassurance.I felt like I had friends taking me on a journey rather than someone chasing a business deal. Behind-the-scenes they worked extremely hard to achieve the best outcome for myself. The experience was so great I felt really comfortable to then purchase from them as well. There is transparency, honest conversations and reassurance at all times. I’m a believer that what makes an experience outstanding is great customer service and communication, and I believe this was what made my experience so stressfree and results delivered. When you are making decisions about your largest asset and financial impacts you need to have somebody you can trust, I highly recommend Nathan and Tamara. We initially seen Tamara's for sale sign on another home in our estate, her company was second realtor we engaged with to give a pricing guide, immediately I liked her presence and easy going nature yet still professional but not over the top and pushy.
