Tamara was fast at leasing two of our investment properties just ahead of Christmas. Not question was too much trouble and she ensured our satisfaction throughout the process. We got maximum rent and one long term agreement which is fabulous. Thank you for your support and management, Tamara.

I needed to rent a property and from the initial contact with Tamara it was easy and friendly. Tamara knew exactly what I needed in a property and showed me only places that suited my requirements. Very professional and knowledgeable, I was extremely happy with the whole process. We are only looking for a short term rental, which was not a problem, so we can buy a home in the area. Tamara will be my first choice to buy a property with and I would recommend anyone else to do the same.

Tamara has been an absolute legend sorting our house for rent in a very minimal time frame. She was very knowledgeable, approachable, answered all my silly questions and made me feel very comfortable with her looking after our home. I have dealt with alot of real-estate over the years and Tamara has hands down been the best to date. I have referred all our family and friends to her services and will continue to refer her to anyone who asks. If you want a real-estate agent who treats you as a person not just a number than Tamara is your agent!

Tamara has been fantastic throughout the process of renting our house and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Her professionalism and exceptional communication have made the process very easy and stress free. Having an agent who replies quickly, is flexible, helps arrange compliance certificates, and most importantly found a tenant quickly (no vacancy after we moved out) was fantastic. Thanks Tamara!

Tamara has a friendly and personable manner and was sourced via high recommendations from the Chairperson of our Complex. Tamara is prompt in her responses with owner feedback. Despite a number of no shows with Property viewings, she instead remained positive and dealt best with those who did come turn up and come through the property. This positivity shown resulted in her swiftly converting the second person through the property into an approved applicant. Persistent, cheerful and helpful in all areas including professional photography and ongoing maintenance matters such as smoke alarms and repairs. Well pleased with Tamara’s service.
