Tamara was terrific, started out a year ago with advice on renting the property and what needed doing, mid renovation she came through for a look and gave us an updated rental appraisal and once renovated we changed our mind and decided to sell. Tamara immediately layed out a proposal of how to sell, what we could expect from the market and costs involved. Timing from ourside wasn't the best as we were wanting to go on the market in December, none the less we had a contract in 4 days at a price that was well over our expectations. Tamara supplied contacts for staging and for conveyancing, both of which did a good job and were cheaper than I could find. After a number of conversations with Tamara over a 12 month period I felt comfortable to hand over the reigns for the sale and sit back and watch. 10/10 for professionalism 10/10 for market knowledge 10/10 for communication 10/10 for patience We would not hesitate to use Tamara again
