Tamara has been professional, honest, understanding and very prompt on communication since our first interaction applying for one of her rentals in February. Providing documents online to be signed was a bonus. As let’s face it not everybody can be at the one place at the one time to sign documents- so this made the lease process run smoothly and in a quick and prompt timely manner. She was very efficient in doing our pre-approvel; then viewing and the best stage- finding out we had secured our next home. All in less then 48hrs! Finally we feel we can relax as a tenant knowing that if we do need to raise any concerns that Tamara will execute the concern in a very professional way.
