I would highly recommend Paul Eatwell as your agent. He stuck with a difficult situation had some deals fall through along the way no fault of the agent and was always there to go the extra mile when needed. Communication was excellent and Paul always had the time to explain some of the more complex issues that my property presented to reach a sale. If your looking for an agent that will act in the highest of integrity and give you an honest appraisal of your asset then I would strongly recommend Paul. Above and beyond the sales process I found Paul a pleasant person to deal with while also having a great sense of humor which proved to be in valuable along the way. My sale with Paul was a five star experience.

Paul was absolutely fantastic to deal with through the entire sales process. He sold us the property originally, is a long term local, and knows the area extremely well. He advised us well regarding price expectations and delivered! We sold the property at a good price within faster timeframe than we had hoped. Overall could not recommend Paul more highly - local knowledge, integrity, and great communication!
