I've had the pleasure of working with Nik 4 times. Every single time he achieves outlier results. Whether buying or selling, he is the man to go to. With a holistic approach to every deal, he is committed to securing the best outcome for every client. His level of knowledge in this industry is beyond comparison. He is an extremely effective communicator, negotiator and advocate. Buying, selling, upsizing, downsizing, investing. North South Real Estate is the agency you should choose.

This was my first sale with Aika. Having previously purchased two properties with her. All three experiences were a pleasure. Aika has an incredible understanding of all aspects of real estate, from legislation, which is constantly evolving, to styling and most importantly, communication. Aika is highly effective, efficient, consistent and considerate. I have no hesitation in recommending her and the whole team at North South Real Estate. For anyone considering who to work with at any stage of your real estate journey, Aika and North South are the best, hands down.

Nik helped us every step of the way through the daunting process of buying our first home. We really appreciated his expertise and knowledge of the property. I grilled him many questions to which they had a sensible and informed response for each. Thank you Nik!
