Highly recommend North South Prestige for any high-end property purchases in SEQ

Over $3M achieved for our property

We knew Nik and Aika after meeting them while we lived at Riparian Plaza. They seemed like a dynamic duo with a positive, "can-do" attitude. They sold our Riparian Plaza apartment in a market for over $3 million when no others were able to achieve a sale above $3M in the building since Nik’s last sale at Riparian over 10 years ago. They proved to be very responsive to any of our requests, day or night, and worked to meet deadlines. With such an excellent result, we engaged them to sell a waterfront property we owned in Birkdale.
