Billy was awesome—super friendly, easy to chat to, and always happy to help with any questions we had about the unit. He made the whole process feel really smooth and stress-free. It was also a funny little full-circle moment that he ended up selling it to a former maths teacher from his old school. On top of that, he was really thoughtful and went the extra mile, especially knowing I was a first-time home buyer.

Amazing experience

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Billy at Novak Properties. A few years ago, I purchased my property through him, and recently, I had the pleasure of selling that same property with his help — and both times were absolutely seamless. Billy’s negotiation skills are top-notch. He made the entire process feel incredibly smooth, with no pressure, just honest, expert guidance. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, professional, and consistent. What really sets Billy apart is the transparency — there were no hidden costs or surprise fees, just straightforward, upfront information I could trust. Another standout aspect was the low cost of advertising, which made the entire sale much more cost-effective than I expected. Yet, even with the lower costs, the quality of marketing and exposure was outstanding. If you're looking to buy or sell, I couldn't recommend Billy and the Novak team more highly.
