Lisa is an excellent negotiater and from the moment I met her provided excellent open communication answering any questions I had if not immediately then within minutes. I had full confidence in Lisa, she’s sharp, on the ball and provided a back-up service I’ve never experienced. She provided every trade person I needed often making the appointment for me. I wanted to get my house on the market quickly and within 3 days everything was ready for our first open including sign boards, marketing brochures, all online material and photographs. Very impressive. I also happened to buy a property from Lisa and she has helped again with tradespeople, advice and a whole heap of beautiful support meeting me time and time again at my new property prior to my moving in. Novak provides a ‘value-added’ service which in all my years of buying and selling real estate I’ve never seen.

It was a pleasure buying a house through Lisa … she was very enthusiastic about the house, pointing out its various attributes. She was honest in explaining the condition of the house and the unusual situation of tenants living there. She made the negotiations between us and the vendor go very smoothly but at no time did we feel pressured. When the deal was completed she expressed almost as much excitement as we did! As first time and I should also add nervous home buyers, we were amazed at how easy and pleasurable Lisa made the process for us. She answered all our many questions with patience and understanding. She was easy to contact and whole the purchase went so smoothly, it was almost unbelievable! We had met a few other sales people in our journey to buy that hadn't made it so pleasurable when negotiating and Lisa's approach was in stark contrast to these. Lisa's enthusiasm for her job is clear. Her continued communication well after the sale finalised is a lovely gesture and testimony to the fact that we are people to her and not just another sale. I would recommend her services whole heartedly and smile when I see the NOVAK signs. We now own our own home!
