Handled a potentially ‘pass in’ auction brilliantly with an excellent outcome
Mark is a highly professional agent, well versed in market knowledge and understands what a proper campaign looks like. We felt we were in very good hands at all times. His penetration of the market was first class and the high number of inspections we had were testament to that. Unfortunately at auction we only had one bidder, but Mark really came into his own and managed a brilliant one on one negotiation on the day that lasted for some time. As vendor, we were amazed with the outcome, but in meeting the purchasers they too felt they had bought well - what more could one ask for. Highly Recommended.
