Very experienced agent with the best local knowledge
In a declining market Jacky managed to get a great result above my expectations. From the first meeting to the settlement date Jacky kept me in the loop with everything she was doing and how the market was moving. Following her advice I was able to make minor changes to the house to attrack the best buyer. Her marketing approach was spot on so she was able to save me money on unnecessary items and focus on what worked well for my property. You can't beat local knowledge and Jacky has plenty of that!

GREAT NEGOTIATION SKILLS
Because of circumstances beyond our control, I needed urgent occupation of a property for my son within 1 week of inspecting it. To complicate matters further, my son was unavailable to sign the contract in person. Jackie achieved this extraordinary result (during the closed January holiday period) through effective negotiation with the property vendors and invoking a special clause within the sale contract. Consequently, my son was able to move into the property 3 weeks BEFORE settlement thanks to Jackie & cooperative vendors.
