First home buyers
When we first seen our property advertised we Quickly got in touch with Jacky. She was very efficient and promptly showed us the property. We put an over on the house straight away, by that afternoon we had heard back from her to let us know that the sellers had accepted our over. Being that this was our first home we had no idea what we were doing. Jacky met with us, sat down and talked us through everything making the process not so daunting. Jacky was always there to answer the phone and answer any questions that we had. We can not thank Jacky enough for a wonderful experience on purchasing our first home. We would highly recommend her and will be sure to use her again in the future. Thank you Jacky

Quick sale above expectations
Jacky and her team had been managing our investment property since we initially purchased it from her about 8 years ago. When the time came to sell we did not hesitate to use Jacky as our agent. Fantastic experience!
Jacky helped us with the purchase of an investment property and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She helped us with the inspection, giving us all the information we needed and advised us on aspects worth noticing in terms of the condition of the house. We felt like we were kept in the loop at all times, Jacky was very communicative, swift and diligent throughout. She also helped us find a reliable conveyancer and building inspector through her extensive local network. Jacky kept checking in with us from the day we decided to purchase until settlement, making the entire process an easy and pleasant experience - She also conducted the final walk-through before settlement on our behalf!
