I purchased my property though Nicholas in 2012 and when the time came to sell he was an obvious choice in agent; incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so welcoming it’s more like talking to a friend than a typical agent. I particularly appreciated the lengths he went to to make my tenant comfortable with the open homes and inspections as possible. Nicholas, Jesse and staff are one high performance team! We were so very fortunate to have them as our Real Estate Agents to sell our property. From day one, everything moved efficiently forward with our property selling in a timely manner and, most importantly, within our sale price range! Nicholas and Jesse were always true to their word. If they said they would do something, it was done. They were never late for appointments, were always contactable, and very pleasant to work with. Their calm and reassuring demeanour certainly helped during some stressful times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Nicholas and Jesse were open to suggestions but also had good advice when needed. I felt our best interests were always given top priority. For example, as the seller we wanted a specific high price that we felt the house deserved. Other Agents we had previously dealt with instantly tried to talk us down on the price, saying that ‘based on past sales, we would never reach that amount’.
