Our property had been with a previous agent for 130 days, including 86 days on market. After some initial interest we had received no offers which proceeded to contract, and the final open house attracted no buyers. We needed a new start and considered three options, selecting NS Properties because of potentially better marketing strategies. There were eight families through after 5 days with NS, two more on the Sunday, and three more on the Wednesday evening. The first family made an offer which was improved, accepted, and has proceeded to contract. We certainly made the right decision. Nicholas, Jesse and Debbie have been excellent throughout. Very dedicated and passionate, and with good ideas of how to sell property in today's market. There attention to detail lifts them above the crowd. We would recommend them to anyone wishing or needing to sell their home.

Nicholas did everything he promised and was a true professional. Even when the first contract fell through because the buyer failed to get finance, Nicholas was positive and quickly found another buyer with no fuss. He was proactive, personable, enthusiastic, thoughtful, committed and patient (even though we were demanding). His customer service and performance were faultless. He reduced our stress, answered every question, and was an absolute delight to deal with. Not just until it was unconditional or until settlement, but even after handover.
